We dropped our dog off for a week while we went on a vacation. We had the absolute worst experience with the Posh location in bettendorf. I can not speak for the other locations. They allowed our husky to jump their fence because they did not have any employee outside watching the animals. In our visits before dropping our dog off we explained she needed to be leashed at all times. They did not follow through. Our dog was running around Davenport for four hours and was found because we had to place our own Facebook post asking for help. The only offer they decided to offer us was a free bath. Which they caused our dog to become dirty in the first place by letting her run loose. Worst part is they did not even give her the free bath. When we dropped her off we asked to have her groomed which they also failed to do. We did not get any discount for our trouble since they allowed my dog...

For the most part we have had positive experiences with Beaston, but recently we’ve had two very negative experiences.

One, our dogs bed pillow was returned to us all torn up and multiple other dogs hair on it. They claimed they washed it, but we never requested that and we had to throw the bed out it was so ruined.

Second, One of our dogs wears a leash harness. We dropped him off with that on but he has a regular collar as well. For some reason the harness was left on all weekend, including during doggy day camp, and was returned to us all chewed up. Now we have to replace that.

Again, we’ve had mostly positive experiences here but these couple of times have been very frustrating. Lack of common knowledge and lack of upfront honesty with us also. Staff seems surprised when we point these out and have not done much to make it right. 😔

When I tell Sadie we're going to play with the big dogs, she goes absolutely nuts. She loves going there to play. And I get a really worn out doggy when I pick her up. The fact that she loves it makes me love it. Thank you.

Staff are always professional and friendly my dog pulls to get in and is always happy when he comes out the staff seem caring and passionate about there work! I always recommend posh to friends and family!
