The only thing ‘bad’ I have to say is that I thought I had signed up with their service plan last spring, and not the one time service for the spring and fall maintenance.
Though, both times, the service tech had been very helpful and had gone above and beyond. as a first time home owner I feel confident i found a reliable company for my HVAC needs.
Anyways, come spring time maintenance I do plan on making sure I’m on a service plan.
