I had Zach and Devin come by my house today! They even came out earlier than what I had scheduled! Let me tell you, the knowledge these men had amazed me! They knew exactly what to do, how to get it done. They let me walk around with them and taught me a few things as well to keep my unit clean. The thing that amazed me the most was they told me my carbon monoxide detector was in a bad spot and that it should be moved closer to ground floor. Having 2 kids, knowing that could save my family one day, so thank you so much Zach and Devin for being so professional and quick so my family could be cool again!

A hot day for a hot job but Polar Bear Jack's did a cool job. My old system was 22 yrs old & needed to be replaced. Every thing went smoothly & the crew did an excellent job. I recommend PBJ's to show up on time & do the job right.

From the quote process through installation, we had nothing but clear communication and amazing customer service. We’d been putting off replacing our HVAC for as long as possible and got several quotes. PBJ’s pricing was very comprehensive and competitive. They helped us find a good local credit union for a loan and quickly scheduled installation in just a couple days. Install crew was so awesome, they did an amazing job. Polar Bear Jacks installed spray foam in our new build and we are very pleased with their work. Ronnie Bridges was our spray foam technician and he was very thorough in his work, including cleaning up, and also very patient answering all of our questions. The house is much cooler inside with the insulation, even in the heat of the summer. Highly recommend.

Fixed my ac unit that’s been out for 2 years

Horrible experience with Adam and some of his guys. I kept finding problems with their work and they keep telling me I should be doing a better job inspecting their work. I’ve asked multiple times for a response or updates on old information they’ve given me that is no longer relevant and get zero response or just the copy and paste of old emails. 0/10 do not recommend
