Polar Bear Jacks has done outstanding work for our company for many years. They have maintained all of our current units and installed all of our new units & vent work when we remodeled. They are a dependable, reliable, hard working team that we highly recommend.

Adam & Grant had to make the call on my unit because they were so busy. Even though it has been close to a year, they came out and solved several problems and did not charge me. They were very pleasant to work with and were truly interested in solving problems in a way that helped me and was not just a quick fix to get in and out quickly. They were here for five hours. They had solutions and advice to get the most out of my unit. I will be a lifelong customer of theirs. Out of all the companies I used to build my new home, they are one of two that did outstanding work. The other guys I have had to argue with, put up with substandard work and overcharges

Adam and Robert went above and beyond to insure we were happy with our new HVAC and water heater. Although they ran into a few equipment issues along the way they worked hard to make sure we weren't without AC and warm water for long. They even came by on their day off to make sure everything was good to go. This is the first HVAC system I've ever had to replace in a home and I'm happy we picked Polar Bear Jack's. Adam was very thorough in explaining different options and providing prices as well as guiding us along the PSO rebate program. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me on anything we didn't need or want. We look forward to seeing them again for our seasonal maintenance. Richard came to service my grandpa's heater system. He took the time to sit down and explain to him how the heater works and importance to replace filters every month. He wore something on his boots in the house so he didn't get any dirt on my grandpa floor, which he loved. You can deal this company is a five star company with five star service.
