This is the ONLY One Star Rating I've ever given a business. Polar Bear Jack's may have great service but I have personally seen how they treat their employees and it is 100% unacceptable. I would NEVER use this company!

Polar Bear Jacks has worked on our ac unit at our home twice they have always been wonderful.Adam is so nice and really cares about getting someone out to take care his customers quickly. I can't say enough about this company we will always call them when we need any heat and air work they are quick and reliable.

Friendly and knowledgeable company. I was very happy with the Mitsubishi Unit I had installed in an upstairs 718Sq foot room. I also had insulation installed around the room.

The work went great. Adam, the owner, came out to the house to see what we wanted done three times before we even started, just to make sure we were all on the same page about what needed to be done, and to do a thorough evaluation of the house so that what we bought would be the right equipment for the house.

The crew that worked the job were fantastic, from the guys doing the insulation to the guys installing the A/Cs and furnaces! There were issues that came up during the installations, as there are in any fairly complex project, and they were handled very well by the guys. Whenever they encountered a problem (and they did several times), they came up with a solution and took care of it. Im not sure where to begin with my story. The house I inherited had sat empty for three years. My mother and I would visit 2-3 times a year and every time the house was too hot, too cold, too humid. Every trip we made to Tulsa was spent waiting for some clueless HVAC person who would put more freon in or take some out... meanwhile the electricity bills were roughly 2-300+$ a month.
