UPDATE -
Since posting the original review, Polar Bear Jacks contacted us & reminded us that at the time they were in a lawsuit with Bryant over the problems they were having with Bryant & some of their equipment, so that is why we were told to find a different Byant dealer. Since then, they have gotten their lawsuit with Bryant settled/resolved, making it possible for them to work with them. Polar Bear Jacks said they were willing to come & inspect our unit to identify the problem. Since then, they have & have replaced the compressor, went through the unit, & inspected it. They did this with no additional charge to us. The unit is now working fine & Adam assured us that he would remain in contact with us to ensure that it continued to work properly.
