This place is incredible! They have came to our house after hours to fix what was needed because we had a newborn in the home and had to have AC. Another time an error happened in a repair that was completed and they came and fixed it right away! I cannot speak highly enough about this company! Polar Bear Jacks is a great company. Over the years I’ve had them out for both my AC and heat. They always do a great job! Their prices are very reasonable and their work is fantastic! Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. We will continue to use Polar Bear Jacks.

They were extremely responsive on a Saturday when our heat went out, and are always a pleasure to work with.

My heat went out and I didn't know who to call. So I googled it and decided to call polar bear jacks because of their reviews. The receptionist was nice and they sent someone out the same day. He quickly assessed the issue and sent me a text later that evening with an estimate. I let him know that I needed him to go ahead and fix it and he gave me a same day appointment. Both appointments he was prompt, quick and friendly. It was a fair price and I'll use them again.
