Kent came out this week to do the Fall maintenance service on our heater. He was friendly and even changed out my filters for me. He explained how important it is to replace these to keep our system running at its best. I also thought it was really nice that he put on shoe covers before he came inside to check vents because we just had our carpet cleaned too. I've been using this company for a few years (ever since they redid the insulation in our home, which I highly recommend for saving on energy bills) and they are really good to work with.

They were very courteous on the phone when we called to schedule a service call. The tech called me to let me know he was on his way and he was on time. Great company to deal with.

Great response time! In my case, I called at around 4 and they had a tech at my house around 5 to figure out why my A/C wasn't working. I can't speak for parts prices or labor prices but the service call was competitively priced. The technician (Casey, I believe) was friendly and professional and got the job done right.

Very, very solid professional company that took great care of my HVAC and the issues that it had. Went wayyyyy beyond the call of duty, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Our AC went out on July 2nd, the hottest day of the year so far. I was sure we were going to spend the holiday weekend sweltering before we could get it fixed or replaced, or at least spend double for the holiday/weekend pay. We called Polar Bear Jacks because our son had recently used them to replace an AC unit that went out unexpectedly and he was pleased with their work and price. I talked with Adam and he said he could have someone out to look at it that day. I was pleasantly surprised as it was already pretty late in the afternoon. The repairman showed up within an hour.
