our furnace stopped working and in less then 32 hours, these guys had a new furnace and AC unit install. Kent answered all of our questions and if he was not sure, Mr Brandow was a phone call away. The guys were very professional and respectful. The overall customer service from a smaller company can not be beat! They did not leave until all of our questions were answered and they walked us through the operation of the new thermostat, furnace and AC unit. I highly recommend Polar Bear Jacks for heating and air conditiong repair. Our tech was very informative and before he left he asked if I knew they also do electrical, spray foam insulation and blow in insulation, and build Barndominiums. They are my new one stop shop.
