We have two systems and one was in need of some serious repairs. We opted for replacement instead. We interviewed 4 companies and received similar price quotes for similar products, so the decision really came down to the people working for the company. Our experience was great from the beginning with Polar Bear Jack. Dil, the sale rep was detailed and answered every question we hand. He was down to earth, pleasant and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't want. Once we decided on having them do the install, I co-ordinated with Crystal in the office. She was pleasant and helpful. When the day arrived Robert and Roberto were the installers. They showed up on time, very friendly and happy to answer any questions about the process.
