I have an old water heater and the anode rod needed to be replaced but the tank is 13 yrs old and I tried to get the part out but it was impossible to try on my end. I called
PDS and they sent Marcelino. Beyond professional and courtesy. With the tools he had he couldn't get it either but that didn't stop him. He went out and purchased a powertool and that couldn't get the job. I didn't expect a miracle but the fact that he went above and beyond to try and complete job was fantastic. Honest business with honest employees they will have my business for anything I need in the future. Thank you!

My insurance had given me a due date to install a smart automatic water shut off valve that I had forgotten about and the deadline was approaching. Thankfully PDS sent out Fernando, Marcelino and Jonathan who were very professional and explained everything in great details. They helped me out by installing a new kitchen sink, rebuilding my water main, installing a Halo 5 whole home purification system, and installed my automatic smart water shut off valve with a certificate as proof of installation so I can sent over to my insurance. They treated me really good like I was family. (:

Andrew Magana came out to fix our kitchen faucet and provided excellent care for our home and gave us a package deal at a good value regarding other minor issues we had put off. He not only fully explained the issues he found, but also suggested different options and prioritized our needs. He also returned to help us with an issue caused by the faulty product we purchased from Delta. He called their hotline and sat down with us for extensive troubleshooting. I cannot recommend him enough, as his professionalism is stellar.
