Just completed a fairly major renovation of 2 very large bathrooms and some serious plumbing and precise plumbing had to be moved, roughed -in, and some really critical dimension finish work had to handled.

Robert's crews were truly terrific ! They are so well-trained, work super-clean, old school respectful to the customers, show up on time, leave the job cleaning up after themselves - it don't get better !

The 2 crews I encountered, never backed down from some of the challenges that were presented and even better, showed up each day
clearly in gear, ready to tackle the work, never complaining or whining.

I have dealt with many trades and construction companies (and other plumbers) and I have rarely met a better group or more competent group

After not having a great experience with another company in Roslyn, we called Bob from Plumbwell (read reviews on this group). We couldn't be happier with his fast, efficient, reasonable, and knowledgable service! We HIGHLY recommend this company! His crew was great and fixed multiple issues quickly!

Plumbwell Services is awesome!! Troy from Kentucky living on Long Island spent 2 hours last night and 2 hours tonight starting at 830pm fixing my heat issue. Warren Lamont from Blackman Plumbing was also instrumental in coordinating it all. You could not ask to deal with 2 more professional organizations or people.

This company has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Sabrina was helpful and quick to respond whenever i had questions or needed to schedule. Bob did a very thorough estimate that was emailed within 24 hours. The staff that was here for almost 10 hours completing everything necessary, were pleasant and neat, which was amazing during a busy day at a diner in the Hamptons. They are definitely our only call, from now on, when it comes to any plumbing issues. You guys were amazing, thank you.

Every staff member that I encountered was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Bob is amazing as well as Sabrina. The team that came to do the work was equally as pleasant and very neat with their work. This is my new "go to" company and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

Had the guys from Plumbwell install all the plumbing and fixtures for a new bathroom. They did a fantastic job. From day one, Bob (the owner) was at the job with his crew and went over everything. Every step of the way these guys did a great job. They are polite, efficient, fast and neat! The job was on the top floor of my house through my bedroom and each time they came there were drop cloths laid out to protect all my floors. Very pleased with the end result and would definitely use again.

Bob and his team just finished doing an oil to gas water heater installation in my home in Massapequa. I cannot praise them enough. Extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a seen their ad in Newsday and made an appointment for Bob to give us an estimate. To my surprise, on the morning the estimate was scheduled I received a call from his office letting me know that he may be a few minutes late. I thought that type of courtesy had gone out of style a long time ago. Apparently not.

The installation was done flawlessly even though this was not a typical install - Bob was able to move the heater to the opposite side of our laundry room which required routing of water and gas lines. I have never seen a more meticulous job!
