Installed a dog bath tub. They did a fantastic job. Neat and clean. Previously they installed a leak detection system and that was also done efficiently. They came thanksgiving day to fix my furnace. Would highly recommend.

Bob and his staff were very professional. Replaced my waste lines in the basement and the pipe going outside that attaches to the cesspool. The work was done in a timely manner and the area was cleaned up when they were finished. Thank you. I will totally recommend Plumbwell Services.

I’ve used Bob’s team for all our plumbing needs since moving to Port Washington 1.5 years ago. They’ve been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable every time. At this point, they’ve replace our kitchen sink, bathroom sink, found and stopped a leak (on New Year’s eve…), provided expert advice when our pipes froze, replaced two bathroom sink faucets, stopped dripping in a bath faucet, and modified the shower temperatures to make it hotter. A great experience every single time. Highly recommend!

After failing a home inspection for registering my house for gas by a prior plumber, we were recommended to contact Plumbwell. This recommendation was the best we've received. Bobby, Jack, Walter, Mike, and Keith; we greatly appreciate the dedication and precise work you completed over the 2 days you were here fixing multiple pipes leaking as well updating the needed pipes for our generator. I had a frozen water pipe on Christmas Eve. Bob the owner was one of the only plumbers than answered. He sent Chris who was extremely patient with me explaining why it happened and he fixed it. After running the water and thinking everything was fine, they left. 30 minutes later a pipe burst, I called them, and they were back in 30 minutes. They fixed the burst pipe and we’re extremely reasonable regarding the price given the circumstances. They definitely earned a long time customer, thanks Bob and Chris.

During the Christmas weekend and cold we just experienced, I can only imagine how busy plumbers were. I was not able to get hot water (still had heat in the house) and called Plumbwell on Saturday. Not only did Bob answer, he was courteous and sympathetic to my situation. I acknowledge it was not an emergency as I had heat and it could wait until Monday. They were able to restore my hot water Tuesday morning and were apologetic for the delay. What really impressed me was that if I felt it was an emergency, they would have expedited the repair. Great service and follow-up on their part. I was also impressed by getting a call from Lauren to make sure everything was okay!! Hopefully I don't need them often, but if I do, I know I will be taken care of!

after 17 years my boiler had enough where it had to be shut down by national grid.I called 12 different companies and no one could help me.i called plumbwell services and this is where things changed for the better. i spoke with the owner bob who was very straight forward and professional he went straight to my house an determined the boiler needs to be replaced.he put together for a saturday the most professional and courteous crew ive ever seen and got the job done in 1 day.i cannot thank these guys enough for going above and beyond for me and my family..If you need a plumber call plumbwell services you will not be disapointed....thank you guys so much happy holidays

I rarely write reviews but I've had to call on Plumbwell three times over the past few years for plumbing emergencies in my house. Each time I called them I was very satisfied with their services. The latest emergency was for a leak in my Hot Water Boiler Heating System . I had no heat and went to check boiler room and found water all over the floor. I called Plumbwell and spoke to the owner Bob. He told me he would have a truck to my house ASAP. Within two hours Jack from Plumbwell arrived. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the leaking valve. Unfortunately some of the electronics in the boiler had gotten saturated and had to be replaced. Fortunately Jack was also able to replace the necessary parts. Jack ran and tested the entire Heating System before leaving my home. I would definitely call on this company again and would highly recommend them for any...
