These guys at Plumwell services are absolutely hands-down the best vendor I have ever dealt with and had the pleasure to communicate with about my project! That’s including all types of vendors not just plumbing. They are nothing but five stars there’s no reason why there should not be a five star perfect rating. From the very beginning of putting my request in online to getting a call back and scheduling someone to come out it has been nothing but a painless operation top-notch guys. Not that I look forward to having plumbing issues ever again but if I do these are the guys I’ll call. I wish there were a Plumbwell Services in Miami, and in Manhattan for my other properties.

MICHAEL AND MIGUEL REPLACED SLOP SINK FAUCET WITH TOP MOUNT CONNECTION. THE WORK WAS NEAT AND CLEAN AND ALL OF THE ABOVE.

The best of the best

Michael and his assistant were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, easy to understand, a great problem solver and on time. They were neat, clean and did a beautiful job. My cement slop sink in the basement was over sixty years old. I could not turn it on or off without a pair of pliers. The area above the sink looks brand new and best of all it is easy to use. Many of the other things that they repaired were just as old and did not work. It is a pleasure having sixty years old plumbing working like new.

In todays day, I feel like it is easy to complain just about every company out there about something. Thankfully, Plumbwell reminded me that there are still reputable old school companies that just out-right do the right thing. From the beginning Bob made me feel comfortable with an in-person visit explaining exactly what needed to be done and recommendations on which way I should go to on an oil to gas burner conversion. He made the conversion seamless, without a single issue, including permits and all. All the workers were polite, clean, and precise with their work. I couldn't recommend them enough, remember you get what you pay for they are worth every penny!
