The staff are amazing with children and their needs. Management need to improve tools for staff to communicate infants form/needs in particular on childs Altus status upon collection. Also, management need to communicate more concisely with parents in moments when child has additional needs or issues arise. Often creates confusion

Last year my 2 year old started at PLC and as a mom I was so worried about sending her anywhere, especially when my 2 oldest stayed home with me. I have to say that I’m so happy that she’s attending PLC. She has learned so much. She’s also talking so much. I love it. It’s amazing. She wakes up every morning wanting to go to school. She starts the day by telling me about how she wants to see and play with her friends. The staff is great. They are loving and they care so much for the kids. Thank you PLC!
