I had the privilege of working with Mike Boyea of Platinum Realty to sell a rental property I owned in Greenbay Wisconsin. He did a market analysis and presented it to my wife and I and we came up with a price we were comfortable with. When we signed the contract it was in the late fall and when we told him we winter in Arizona he assured us if it sold everything could be handled online. The property did sell while we were away and Mike through phone calls and emails took care of the whole process very professionally, The title office he recommended handled the closing process very well and other than a couple issues do to the Covid Pandemic the sale and closing went great.
