First, I should add that we had been to a few other clinics in our area prior to finding MCRM, and MCRM exceeds them in every way from professionalism, friendliness, comfort and cleanliness of the environment and overall professional care. My OBGYN, acupuncturist and all of the hospital staff who delivered my baby equally had amazing things to say about Dr. Ahlering and his staff, which speaks volumes. Admitting you need fertility help can be difficult, so every person you come in contact with in the facility plays an important role in finding acceptance. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and in house phlebotomist, every one of them greeted me with a smile at every appointment and made me feel welcome to be there....
