How very happy I am with Pinnacle Power Washing and Roof Cleaning Co. ! I have an older house with a rather steep roof, loaded with moss and lichen. Other siding washer companies weren't willing/able to tackle the roof moss so I looked online and found Pinnacle. There were already several positive reviews so I called and Jason answered quickly and was able to give me an estimate right away. They arrived right on time, were courteous and careful and did an amazing job! My house looks great! I was worried about the moss causing destruction to the shingles and Jason addressed that problem with expertise. After cleaning the gutters they did a soft wash which killed the moss without having to scrub. Then power washed all the siding. I gladly refer this company to anyone wanting to have a clean roof and siding.
