1. Their intake is pro. Answering service, email and text coordination.
2. Scheduling is flexible and easy, with consistent communication throughout. Text/email to confirm, day before notice with accurate arrival window.
3. The work. Pinnacle has professional tools, vehicles etc (not 2 dudes with a pressure washer as you see so often). And Jason and team are METICULOUS.
4. Pricing. Pinnacle's prices are fantastic. Period, full stop. Literally surprising how cost effective their services were.
TLDR. You wont find a better company to work with. Save yourself the heartburn and call Pinnacle.

Excellent communication, good pricing, and awesome service! Washed my house, paver patio, deck, sidewalk, and driveway. Looks brand new! Will be calling Pinnacle back next year for services. Will also recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Jason!!
