A very professional and pleasant company to deal with from describing and answering questions about the service offerings up to and including the full completion of the job. Jeremy, the owner, and Jennifer, the office manager, are extremely pleasant and capable and explained the various options thoroughly. Zack, The service technician, was also extremely pleasant and capable. Of course these things usually come from the top and the people running this company couldn’t be better equipped at what they do or more customer oriented. The work was done efficiently and very professionally. In fact, it was pointed out to me that a bay window had problems with the old caulking and should be addressed as soon as possible which I greatly appreciated. Ironically I had just had that window replaced by Home Depot and they never pointed out to me the problem which with heavy rain would have likely...
