This was the first time we used a power wash company. One of the reasons we went with Pink Pro was the technique they used (soft wash) which is less abrasive then normal power washing. It only took a few moments from requesting a quote to have a return call back and then our quote sent to us. Pink Pro used a google view of our home instead of waiting for them to come out and look. It was super easy to book and we did not have to wait for a long time to get an appointment. Jeremy was very punctual and very thorough. Once he finished he explained and pointed out some issues he was concerned about. He took the time to explain and listen to our questions. We did not feel rushed at all and really appreciated that.
