Pink Pro Wash

First time using Pink Pro Wash and it won’t be my last! I came home to and very clean house. The crew did a great job and I’m a very happy customer. It’s really refreshing to work with a company that is so great at communicating and truly takes pride in what they do. They even cleaned up a mess of leaves and branches I had left on the sidewalk from trimming the hedges a few days before they came to wash the house. Did a great job, our house looks really good. The team was very friendly, worked hard and professional in their conduct. They offer a warranty on the work.

Had some unexpected things happen during the visit that could have been communicated before (otherwise would be 5 star review):

1) a detailed checklist of what prep work I could have done with windows, furniture, screens, etc - as well as indicating to me that some of my contents were likely to get residue being too close - we did a walk around BEFORE they started, so this would have been the perfect time to say, "You may want to push those further back"
2) describe the company policy of not cleaning around anything that had oxidation (e.g. window sills, siding, door jams) - I understand that the power equipment and treatments might cause worse problems but didn't realize my home had so... Read more >
