The gentlemen I met with provided great service, clear explanations and was very thorough. The detailed inspection report that included a quick glance summary detailed out exactly what the inspector reviewed with me. He also took the time to physically show me any areas that I did not understanding from the pictures and his verbal directions. Also the inspection report included clear pictures circling the exact areas of concern. He was able to actually send me copies of the digital pictures for my records of those areas of concern as well. Another thing that was great is, my inspection Report included a web link for a 3D virtual tour of my home that included the hyperlinks describing any area of concern in the room you are viewing. Pillar to Post is the best ever! I had contracted for a new construction pre drywall inspection only to have the inspector to cancel on me at the last minute. I was in a terrible bind because my builder requires 7 days notification and approval of the inspector's credentials beforehand. I contacted Pillar to Post and a very warm and friendly voice by the name of Ann answered the phone and immediately sprang into action. Ann was able to secure an inspector with the proper qualifications for the same day as originally scheduled. She worked with my builder's seller's agent to provide all of the requested credentials and saved the day. Then our inspector Dave showed up promptly at the time agreed upon and did an outstanding job on my new home inspection.
