I had David Fields come out quickly (I was fitted into their schedule due to a cancellation) to inspect my new home and the experience/encounter was commendable. David explanation of spotted problems were verbally, written explained with photos taken and placed in a binder immediately after the inspection. He was punctual and delivered with excellence.
