We were so thankful on the promptness of service and grateful that our driveway was cleared early so we could get out to my husband’s cardiologist appointment.

I employed Picture Perfect for snow removal and was dissatisfied with their service. Despite being billed for six sessions, they only provided service five times. Even with clear markers in place, part of my landscape was severely damaged due to subpar snow plowing. They only cleared the pathway from my door twice, despite the agreement that it would be done at every visit. Additionally, the area around my mailbox was consistently neglected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Tony and his sons came to do snow removal at my home and I was so glad to see them as the street plows blocked my driveway and I could not get out. He came asap and did a great job, no lawn damage like I had with others! His sons were here recently with snowblowers which I requested and they did a great job! Very conscientious and considerate people!
