Picture Perfect Property Maintenance fell far below expectations—even with clear instructions to contact me directly, they failed to mow the specific area I had highlighted from the previous week’s neglect. Also, they failed to weed whack most of the edgings. I booked them through Lawn Love, but their poor performance and lack of attention to detail were unacceptable. If basic lawn care tasks can’t be completed correctly, this may not be the right profession for them.

Let’s be clear: Even *if* Lawn Love mishandled communication (which I doubt), **your team** is the one that showed up, did half-hearted work, and left patches uncut in *wide-open, waste-free areas*. No third party is to blame for that.
