I called for an estimate to empty our Septic Tank. I was completely clueless on the process. The lady that answered the phone explained everything and was very helpful and kind while answering all my questions. I was able to get an appointment within the week. the appointment that was available was from 8 to 12. I explained that there would be an hour that I would be unavailable during that time. They were completely understanding. The technician called me when he was in his way incase I was unavailable. met me at my house and was very professional from the first phone call until the moment they left.
Judd and Brody explained the process to my husband and was very personable and friendly to my son who wanted to "watch". These 2 young men had the best customer service and very kind.
