Called two other septic companies, and they haven't returned my call yet (2-days). Pickle was able to accommodate my needs, come out within 24-hrs! They have already come to clean out and inspect my septic tank, before anyone else has called me back. Technicians were very friendly, helpful, and went over and beyond what they needed to do. I had a question about a rumored 2nd tank on my property...he went out to probe for it (searched), without any hesitation or extra charge. 5-stars
