Awesome work! Joe was A-1!! Him and his assistants were so professional and fast. Major do-over on these old pipes and now I can wash in peace knowing I don’t have to worry about overflowing and flooding!! Superb! Stop getting your uncle and hire the professionals, these guys are it!

Called them around lunch time on this past Thursday and they had someone come out that evening. They showed up and appeared very professional and very respectful and found my leak under my home and gave me an estimate and went to work immediately fixing it. I gotta say i most definitely recommend this company for your repair needs, from the first phone call to a couple hours later when the technician called to let me know he was in route to my house to calling just before he pulled up letting me know what he was driving i have zero complaints or anything negative to say whatsoever. But i will definitely use them again in the future for any repairs. The techs name was Josh and he is very professional and does his work in a very timely manner and double and triple checks his work to make sure of any leaks. Thank you very much i appreciate the work and prices.

First experience with septic tank pump out job. Pickle did a good job, but I was a little frustrated they didn’t even attempt to dig by hand to locate the clean out port, it was 3 feet below surface, but they gave up quick, it would have taken 30 minutes, but instead they charged me $300 to use mini excavator. If the clean out is more than 6” they may not dig with shovel? I had them put in a riser to eliminate this next time, that cost $250. I could have done that too, they just put a 10-12” piece of corrugated pipe and dump a sack of quickcrete around it and screwed a lid on. My advice is challenge them next time they give up so easy on hand digging or do it yourself and save the $300 dollars. It took like 5 minutes to dig it up, really a rip off if you ask me. Lesson learned! $1025.00 for everything.

This company fixed a line on our septic tank after another company did an inspection. We're selling our house and this was a last minute unexpected fix and cost for us and for our buyers. They were professional, did the work for less than the other company quoted us and didn't leave a mess like the other guys. Awesome experience!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are all so wonderful and polite. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone.

I called Pickle when my drains backed up one weekend and spoke with Brenda. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and explained what to watch for. When I called and spoke with Brenda the following Monday, she said someone would be there no later than 2pm. The technicians, Mack and a great young man working with him, arrived before lunch. Not living in the home that long I did not know anything about where the septic tank was, but they knew exactly what to look for and within three minutes they found it and not long after they were finished. They were very nice and professional with there services and gave me some great advice about maintenance. I would recommend this company to anyone, I could not be more pleased with their services.

When we had septic tank problems, they worked us in that day. VERY happy with their work as well as answering our questions. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
