Septic Tank cleaning/Empty ! Devon and his team of professionals were outstanding and I will recommend them to all!

I had my septic tank pumped today. The guys were on time, professional and courteous, they listened to me and clearly communicated the status of the job. I was new to owning a home with a septic tank and they took the time to teach me about it. Would absolutely recommend this company and Devon specifically. Incredible job!

I called explained my problem they told me what was going on they gave me a well broken down price quote/appointment day & time of arrival they were on time very professional and courteous to me. Had our septic tank pumped, sort of, last month. The Pickle Plumbing Technicians stated they didn't fully clean tank sludge to allow space for bacteria to start. I have since found out that this is not true. Consequently, the job wasn't complete. They pumped liquid out only, and their leave the sludge statements are not believable, now. One could speculate that the Technicians wanted to get on to their reported "5 jobs" of the day quickly and took advantage of a retired senior citizen to do that.

I couldn't have asked for better service from them, they found the issue quickly and resolved the issue quickly they were very professional and super nice even the lady on the phone when we paid. I will use them Again before anyone else. Truly amazing service.
