I took my dog here on May 7, 2021, this is after they canceled my appointment 2 weeks earlier. I should have read all the reviews. After my dog was home I noticed he was very scared and not in his usual playfully mood, then later when I wanted to play with him he was limping around. In closer checking of his paws I notice that there was blood in between his paws. I don't know what the hell happened but it seemed as if they tortured my dog. He has not eaten in a few days and I'm taking him to the Veterinarian to see what else happens to him. Didn't know a simple grooming would cause such suffering for my puppy. I will never ever go here, these people should be closed down for animal cruelty.

Before I went to PickApup Boutique I researched a few local pet stores. Walking through the doors of these stores I experiences smelly and dirty cages. Puppies lumped together and overcrowded cages. At times the puppies seemed like they were drugged. Some wasn’t even moving. The prices were over priced. The workers were rude snd didn’t seem to want to help.
Fast forward to PickApup Boutique. The shop was clean. The dogs were not over crowded. They were active and friendly. From the time I walked theough the door the workers were friendly, and welcoming. They answered a lot of questions and they were not pushy for us to purchase a pup. We actually didn’t get a pup the first visit. Then we decided to go back snd get the cutest little Shihpoodle and it was the best choice we ever made. The process was easy. The manager walked us through all the paper work. Jenna is amazing at what she does. My baby always looks like a new puppy once we get him back. Definitely would recommend.
