My family and I had bought a puppy from here on Friday after putting our lab down. The puppy is absolutely adorable. However the customer service after picking him up is horrible. They stated we needed to go to the Veterinarian that they use, Dr. Miller/Dr. Crespo. Dr. Crespo is a fantastic Vet, but the assistants there are horrible as well. The assistant who gave our puppy a manicure/pedicure for free, cut his nail too short, and he was bleeding. They didn't do anything to stop the bleeding either, I had to stop it, while still in the office... We had called The Puppy Store to ask what we could do, and the guy who answered the phone had the nastiest attitude and gave us a hard time. Saying things like, "What would you like me to do about it? I can't do anything for his paw! It's not my problem that it happened." All with a nasty attitude. I'm very unhappy with the service...

6 years ago I bought a boxer puppy from this store – it was big mistake.
I did not have a chose – my wife, suffering from depression, just refuse to return puppy back to its cage. The puppy had been suffering from 3 (three) different worms, it obviously came from puppy mill, its breeder is untraceable despite all of my efforts, and had very serious health problems. Of course this dog is a member of our family now, and we are taking case of all his health problems, but honestly no future pet parent has to be subjected to this. This store just made $1200 and walked away to a con another victim.
Don’t buy your puppy from this or any “puppy store”, go to a reputable breeder instead.
