This place is absolutely amazing, the staff is very professional and they know practically anything you'd ever need to know about dogs. I had my dog groomed here last week and he looks great. I definitely recommend the puppy store to family and friends. I know I'll be back soon!!

This is the best puppy store in long island. The staff is very friendly and so sweet to my children every time we go in. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and honest. All the puppies seem well kept and happy. The store is very clean and has everything needed for a puppy purchase. After going to several stores in long Island looking for a puppy my husband finally agreed to get one from this store. My family and I have never been happier...thanks to the puppy store! !!

Terrible terrible terrible!

This place is terrible. My dog got groomed here and he had to be given antibiotics due to trauma to his eye that caused an ulcer. The reason is unknown fully but the vet said most likely from shampoo. I called to just let them know to be careful next time and was spoken to rudely and surprisingly was cursed at and hung up on. If I could give a zero I would. The way this place is run is terrible they do not care for animals, only money. The people who gave this place 5 stars are definitely the owners because the place should not be in business

Got my cavapoo here a little while ago. It's the best dog I ever owned!! My kids are so happy. The store helped us with all the training and walked us through all the steps. My husband and I got our dog here in July 2015. Rob and his partner did a great job walking us through the crate training method and our puppy was housebroken in weeks. Our puppy is healthy and has the best disposition. We couldn't be happier with our pup or our experience at the Puppy Store.

I recently brought in my golden doodle to be groomed. I have to say I felt like I was dealing with family. They were very professional and caring. The staff answered all my questions , and made me feel like my pet was in the best of hands. I have to say she looked great when I picked her up!
