An awful business. They don't care about the wellbeing of the dogs they sell, they only care to make a quick buck (or, in their case, thousands of bucks). If that isn't enough to scare you off, the costumer service is deplorable. The hostile staff doesn't do anything to help their "valued" customers. I absolutely would never recommend this puppy store.

Do not go here! This puppy store does not treat their puppies properly or their customers with respect. They would much rather hang up the phone on you if you bring up a problem and speak to you with a harsh attitude. This is the absolute worst puppy store I have ever been to. Please go to a place where the puppies are tended to correctly, instead of this awful store.

By far one of the worst puppy stores I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The staff is rude and blunt, and only cares about the dogs and their customers as long as they can make a profit off of them. Their store is dark and dirty, and some of these dogs are way too big to be kept in the current cages that they have provided for them. If you have even the slightest problem with the dog or have any questions regarding it afterwards, they tell you they don't care about what your problems are and promptly hang up you. There are dozens of better stores to purchase puppies from, all with a staff that cares far more with a far better attitude. Stay away.

Worst customer service I have ever received at a puppy store. Do not visit them. The owner and manager are incredibly nasty, and if you have any problems or concerns once you purchase a dog they will hang up on you. They treat the puppies incredibly poorly and are only interested in marking up the prices on the dogs as much as they can and then selling them ASAP, regardless of the safety or health of the puppy. Incredibly nasty and expensive. Do not visit them.

I came in wanting a cavapoo, I was shown a cavapoo who I was told was completely healthy. The next week, the day before I came in to pick up my dog, I just wanted to ask a few NORMAL questions about the medical record, breeding, etc about the dog. I was told i was to "stop looking at the internet and stop talking to other dog owners". That should have been my sign to run. I was told I'd get all my info the day I brought home my dog. The next day I came in and they brought my dog from "downstairs". I thought that was weird but didnt question. immediately when i brought the dog home, she had a runny nose. The next day the symptom persisted along with sneezing. I called the store and was told I'm worrying too much and that it's normal. The next day my dog would not eat, drink, play, eat treats, etc and was lethargic and wouldn't get out of her cage. By evening she...

The Puppy Store,,,, The Best Puppy Store on Long Island.. I purchased a Morkie from them on 12/13/15 ...i dealt with a man named Jeff first he was very helpful showed us all different types of puppies... he wasn't pushy or nasty like some reviews that i read....these people were great to deal with ... then there is Rob . Rob walked me through the training process with my pup.. he told me if i do what they said with the training for 2 weeks i will not have to crate the pup..and in 2 weeks my Morkie "Gino" is free to roam the house..it feels like we had him with us for years....... so when you read some of the reviews from some of these people that said bad reviews.. you need to check it out for yourself...i went to a lot of pet stores from Brooklyn into Queens and even Long Island That had great reviews and found out for myself that it was garbage.... SO IF YOU WANT...

I have gotten 2 dogs (puggle and a boxer) from The Puppy Store. BOTH are incredible dogs. All dogs come with health issues - if you are not prepared to take care of them, you shouldn't get a dog. Just b/c you go to a breeder vs a pet store doesn't eliminate the chance of having allergies or breed related issues. There is never a health guarentee with any animal. Both of my Puppy Store dogs are happy, healthy and very friendly. Worth every penny.

We just purchased our second dog from the Puppy Store. Both dogs are wonderful and healthy. The service in the store is always friendly and knowledgeable. Don't waste time at other stores, the puppies come from the best breeders and the prices are very reasonable.
