Very great store! I did a bunch of research before finding the perfect puppy here. Kim made the process very easy and was a pleasure to work with. My puppy is in great health and has an amazing personality and i couldn't be happier.

We had a wonderful experience with The Puppy Store. After months of doing research, Rob and Kim helped me find my dream puppy. I wanted a very specific hypoallergenic, tan-colored dog. We have three children at home, and we've never had a pet in the house before. Kim was very kind and patient with me over the phone. She answered all of my questions and calmed a lot of my anxiety. Once we found our puppy (who is a beautiful Shitzu/poodle), the entire experience at The Puppy Store was a very smooth operation. Rob also took a great amount of time with me over the phone and in person to explain how things would work once we brought her home. Rob is a puppy expert. He spent over an hour with my husband and I teaching us how to train her. Rob took good care of her, and held on to her for us until Christmas Eve night.
