Matt from Pest Investigators is amazing! I'm surrounded by neighbors whose hobbies attract rodents ( chickens behind me & bird feeder across from me) and a pond that gives them a water source. 8 years ago I hired Matt as we were seeing the critters run through our yard,! ugh! Matt figured out the problem and the best way to handle it. It's not easy when you can't stop the source of their food ( my neighbors) He also noticed the termite damage and we were able to stop that promptly. Matt is honest, realistic and fair .
