I would consider them as con artist. They are more focused on making a profit than actually doing the work. They submitted an estimate to repair our home that received water damage during Hurricane Helene. Their estimate was 3 times more than the insurance and competing contractor and it didn’t even include all of the work. You tell me what that means. I would be very leery to use them if I were you. The guys, Fernando and Xavier, were wonderful. Very kind and professional. I would highly recommend and would contract with this company again.

Our basement flooded when the recent hurricane passed through. We called PEC and they were able to get to us that evening. Fernando and Xavier stayed until 4:00 am until all the water was gone along with the wet carpet and pad. Great service, exceptional employees and owner.

What an excellent experience! Everyone that I was engaged with from PEC (Brittney, Selvin and crew) was so kind, helpful and respectful of my needs. The workmanship of the new flooring in my unit, closet shelving, etc. is exactly what I wanted. The paperwork was easy to complete and the job was all completed much earlier than the estimated timeframe. PEC is now my go-to place for my home needs.
