Honestly, it was a rough process after the second round up until it got towards the end. My experience was a bit confusing and communication seemed to be lost; I felt like I had fallen through the cracks. It restored my confidence in Top Flight and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help cleaning whatever can possibly be cleaned form their credit reports.
