Jordan at Top Flight answered all my questions. She addressed real questions about the process and the possible outcome and the cost upfront and options to begin the disputing process. I had just signed up with another company a few days back. I am signing up with Top Flifht.

Excited to see the possible results. Top Flight seems like the right credit company to go with. However, disappointed that I had to wait TWO days to receive my login credentials. Also, disappointed that I had to be the one to inquire about this information rather than being told or forewarned. Lastly, lack of communication between departments. One representative was telling me that I had provided all necessary documents while another representative from a different department was telling me I had not yet submitted the proper documentation. Other than that I look forward to getting my credit school fixed! Thanks!
