Not satisfied. I was told 90 days I would see a change in my credit report. One thing deleted. I have sent neccessary paperwork in a beginning. They are not as aggressive as I would like. I made clear what I wanted to be fix. Those are still there 5 months later. So I will not recommend them to help anymore.

This company really sucks and do NOT deliver what they advertise that they can do! I have been with them almost a year and my credit score has went down almost 100 points! Don’t’ waste your time and money guys😡😡😠😠

Terrible customer service. I don’t even know why a portal exist to schedule appointments to speak with someone. I scheduled multiple appointments and was never called. I would the call in to speak with someone about my file to only be told a manager will be reaching out to you in 48 hours. To my surprise only to stood up and never contacted. It is extremely unprofessional to tell someone something and then not hold up your end of the deal especially when I am paying $100+ a month with this service. Don’t let the gimmicky marketing and advertising get you like it got me. Save your money.
