I have being trying to have a review done for about a month . And they keep changing the appointment with out notice. This is very bad , I’m trying to fix my credit to refinance my house . This company is a joke , I gave theme money in February and we are in June and no changes to my credit score . They promise you you that they will help you . I had a appointment today at 4:30 pm and they send me a email at 4:29 canceling the appointment. This is so unprofessional . I’m canceling my plan .

I wish I never found out about this company, the customer service is terrible, they lie to you. For example when I start with the company the representative that was working on my contract said when he looked at my information that my credit Will be higher and fixed by August. I started with this company at the beginning of this year and my credit has Dropped more. They didn’t even tell me that if I decide to cancel I would have to pay $75 to due so. Not only that you have to pay another company Monthly payment as well so they can keep checking your scores, along with doing a monthly payment for them. They told me LEXINGTON LAW WAS BAD THEY ARE TRULY TERRIBLE.

This program automatically enrolls you in programs that are not warranted. I do like this.

I signed up for this service over a year ago and never received the benefits that were promised me. Whenever I reached out to get help, my info was sent to another department and promised someone would reach out to me in 24 hours. Instead I would get an email 2 or more data later saying they couldn't help me because something needed to be updated on my profile. Whenever I tried to update my information, I never received hello as to how to do that. When I called to get a link or some kind of way to reset my log on, I never got it. VERY DISSATISFIED

I spoke with Robert who was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. He told me that Top Flight could remove any derogatory accounts on my three credit reports that were 180 days old or older. He also told me that my debt could not be sold to debt collectors without my permission. I found my experience with him very professional, and he really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone with Credit issues.
