hello im a disable person that was trying to fix my credit top flight assistance decieve me im fiing a complaint with the state attorney general and getting 2 news media outlet involve i cancel with the time they refuse to give me my $400.00 and the lie over and over to my credit card. they have a very bad record on lie be aware people of top flight assistance dont get rip off

This is the worst experience ever, they have the worst customer service, they are a liars, disrespectful, do not honor their word. It was offered six months to fix my credit, 16 months after and nothing. They schedule a phone call and do not call, they do not have professional ethics, it has been a bad bad experience, and my credit still bad. I would give a score of zero, but it doesn't take zeros. I am claiming my money back, which would be the least they can do after this waist of time. I am ready to report them and let everybody know here in USA how bad TFP is.

I called several times finally you got back to me and told me you dropped the ball you apologized profusely and said it wouldn’t happen again that we were to have a phone call today and no call. No change in my credit either. You have done nothing but take my money.

If I could have giving 0 stars I would have. I tied to call and email someone at top flight assistance for a week to talk about my account. After a week I gave up and told them not to continue trying to repair my credit. I went with a different company. Ten days later I finally got an email back. That email didn’t even answer any questions that I had.

This company will not let you see your own account , in order to seem what they have done as the “ process moves on “ I was not allowed to log into my account to assure things were actually , moving forward, so ice died to cancel thei contract , they assure me that they would refund my money minus 75 dollars of processing fee , I just received an e mil in witch they stated that I would not be receiving a single dime , I lost 300:dollars and never saw a review or what they have done in 3 months
