Thought it to be odd that my ID was needed after giving my social security number already. Most companies never ask for you to send documents like that. Once they have your social # and payment information, they have all that they need.

I requested an update on my accounts June 8th 2020 and have not received any response. I went online to schedule an appointment for this week at 11am, no one called. I then called and scheduled another "appointment" for yesterday at 2pm, again No one called. I am now calling TFA, my 4th time reaching out, to cancel everything. Its been a few months and they are so quick to take my money but remain silent when I've asked for help or clarity. I asked what they have done on my behalf, what progress has been made and I'm ignored. If i could give Zero stars i would.
