Praetorian Guard

I’ve been a costumer of Top Flight since May 2020, already paid around $600. There has been minimal to almost no improvement on my credit score.
Nothing has really been taken off my credit report. I honestly believe that my credit would’ve improved the same amount of points that it has, without Top Flight assistance.

I waited on the phone for 1-hour and 17-minutes, only to be told my meeting is not scheduled until Nov. 2, at 12:45pm. This kind of customer service I don’t care for when I’m given my money for results and solution.

It was explained to me very well the laws in my favor. I didn’t felt like I was being sold a product rather being encouraged that I wasn’t helpless in my situation. I felt like I was being treated like a human being rather than a consumer. We are hopeful for everything to turn around. Thanks
