This company has a really big problem with follow ups. When I first started they gave me a three month follow up and no one called the day of the appointment which was set for 1:00 pm est so around 4:00 pm I called and they told me there was nothing they could do that day I would have to reschedule. Now today October 20,2020 it’s time for my second review and again no call I’ve been on hold for 1.5 hrs trying to get a review to be told they have to reschedule, no one in this company seems to take accountability for their action. The company is quick to take out their payment every month yet never have time for the customer.

When I first contacted your company I wasn’t impressed, the agent I talked to sounded very young and sounded more like a salesman.
Three days later another person contacted me from your company, Kevin was his name, what a refreshing change! Someone who actually seemed to care about his company reputation and he seemed to actually wanted to help me in a sincere way! I can not stress enough ,Kevin is a huge asset and I can’t wait to repair my credit with his help!
