They are very understanding

I have been calling for months asking what is happening with my credit review. Each time, I am told I will am told that I am scheduled for a call with someone to get updates on my credit review. I never receive call backs. Additionally, I spoke with someone today who said she would have someone call me. I told her that I have been told that several times and her response was, "I am a manager." I said well can I get some updates now or do I have to wait for someone to call me back. She gave a couple of updates. I then asked how much longer these rounds would take to be complete, since I have been working on this since May2020. Her response was that she couldn't answer that question and that I would need to wait for a call back (even though she's a "manager"). I said okay and was in the middle of a follow up questions when she interrupted me saying, "Okay"...
