I have filed a complaint with the BBB this evening for a full refund, you all told me you was doing everything online due to covid now your telling me you are doing them by mail with no updates.
You are not doing anything other than taking money without putting in the work.
I will be filing a full police report tomm and intend on pursuing you to the fullest.

Don't sign up! They ask for money right off the bat. They changed my phone call date without telling me. Then I call them waiting on hold for 30+ mins to ask why they didn't call. They said they're still "working" on my case. All they do is send out letters to creditor's and tell you they havent responded so they can keep charging you their monthly fee. they don't help and customer service is not their top priority. They don't call when they say. They are hard to get ahold of. I would not recommend.
