I had a very good experience with the phone call but as the days go on I dont think I'll be able to work with the program I dont understand the client portal

Top Flight Assistance is terrible takes your money makes it look like they're doing something 1st month or so then nothing but still takes your money. Have scheduled conference calls several times and never received any response from them. Written e mails get a return email that they'll look into it and respond back with in a few days and nothing.
