Pro: The customer service reps are friendly and I haven't experienced anything negative with them. I have spoken with Dayana a few times and she is very friendly and kind. She and the other reps end the phone call after you're satisfied and understand with questions answered.
I also like how they offer you a lot of incentives to pay your fee down quicker and way less than its original balance. That is pretty cool.
Con: Waiting for almost an hour to speak with someone can be frustrating. I had the call on speaker as I waited doing chores but still thats a long time.
