I am so grateful as well as relieved after speaking with Rayleen in Customer Service!! I was overwhelmed with all my bills and one of my concerns was having to pay for Smart Credit every month on the 2nd, which was causing my bank account to be in the negative. After looking over my account, Rayleen came up with an easy solution that I won't have to worry about the Smart Credit account anymore. She was so friendly, courteous, helpful, and very caring!!!
